ZMN RECORDS
Forming in 2006 out of a bunch of first wave Taiwan punk bands, ZMN Records released material by Semi-con, Stay-Gold, Heavy Smoker and Duct Tape. These bands went on a recording blitz while haphazardly avoiding their military service at intervals and practicing on the side. With Semi-con members Jimi and Jafy at the helm, and partaking in various ZMN bands, the label thrived for a while putting out a few EPs and even a DVD of raw live footage entitled He Got Our Suck. The label built momentum promising more music from the Lolita No.18 influenced girl punk band Sub Captain, as well as more local pop punk from Endless Trip, Jimi's most recent project. While the label has slowed on releasing new material, many of ZMN Records recordings have been made available online at Pacifiction Records through special arrangement.
