Having made a name for herself as the lead vocalist and front woman of the premier Taipei indie pop group Bad Daughter, VeraQueen now writes songs independently and performs solo or occasionally with some musician friends from groups like KbN backing her up. VeraQueen is also connected to White Label, an art and music-oriented street fair, held monthly around Ximending's octagonal Red House. Lacking the synthesized layering of Bad Daughter, Vera Queen strums her acoustic guitar letting the natural charm of her vocals enchant the listener.
