Originally hailing from South Africa where he was involved in various musical projects, and even fronting the Afrikaans rock group Duusman, Moshang currently resides in Taiwan where he has released several electronica albums that mimic his surroundings through daily life samples as well as offer his own ambient interpretations of Taiwan in a style self-described as "Chinese Chill." Moshang has also worked collaboratively with the island's most progressive hip hop artists, remixing tracks for Chang Jui-Chuan and mastering Kou Chou Ching's hit album KOU! It's Coming Out!!!.
Moshang often performs live around Taichung and Taipei and occasionally backs up Chang Jui-Chuan on wind controller. Being a foreigner on Taiwan, his music entertains while providing insight into the Taiwan experience, and of course, allows the listener to simply chill.
